Little Prestwick
Little Prestwick is a private, exquisitely appointed 35sqm self-catering annex on the property of the Davies family (in residence), located on the picturesque and secure Gowrie Farm Golf Estate in the heart of the KZN Midlands.
With magnificent views of the farm, Island Dam, and golf course, this cosy and peaceful annex is a magical landing spot for individuals or couples looking to relax and revive. With its own entrance, parking bay and garden, guests can enjoy their privacy at this spectacular vaction rental.

Little Prestwick offers easy access to the Gowrie Golf Course, Midlands Meander tourist routes and the many wedding venues surrounding it. The annex contains a sleeping area, sitting area, fully equipped kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom.

Should you wish to accommodate additional guests, Little Prestwick is located just 900m from The Homestead and Dornoch. Both properties can be booked separately. Subject to availability.
Sleeping​​
Little Prestwick sleeps 2 guests on a luxurious super-king bed or 2 three-quarter beds.

The beds are fitted with cotton percale linen and extra blankets throughout the year. Electric blankets and a gas heater are available during the autumn and winter months.
Living
Take in the beautiful views of the dam and garden in the comfort of Little Prestwick's cosy living area.

Curl up in front of the heater and enjoy the flatscreen TV with full DSTV and Netflix bouquets or make use of the workstation/dressing table.
Catering
Feel like eating in? The kitchenette is equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware, ovenware, microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), whistling kettle, electric oven and gas hob.

Complimentary tea, coffee, and basic condiments are supplied.

A gas braai and outdoor table and chairs are available in the private garden.
Bathroom
A neat en-suite bathroom is furnished with a vanity, shower and toilet. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and other basic toiletries are supplied.

A hairdryer and full-length dressing mirror are located in the unit.

We loved everything about Little Prestwick.
The view is exceptional, all the fittings are new and in perfect condition, and with the inverter, we were hardly aware of load shedding. The bed is enormous, with cosy, warm linen, and so comfortable!
Little Prestwick is the perfect base from which to explore the Mildands Meander.
